The annual too-busy-before, way-after-Christmas, around-25-years (married, not old), smell-up-Lois' house fondue extravaganza took place over the past weekend. This year included a new twist - the ugly sweater contest. Competing for prizes, guests arrived in everything "ugly" including beaded, flowered, leathered, embroidered, fringed, and colorful sweaters. After official voting, gift certificates to a shopping spree (at Goodwill) were given out to the lucky winners.
Highlights included Jerry going to the dogs, Steve competing with the sun, and Jon having a heart. Everyone was thrilled that Denise was there to take her annual 20-minute, "just-one-more" photograph--what would after-Christmas be without it!! Here's a couple shots of the fun:

YIKES . . .
OK OK OK -- I've been a little bit behind in the blogging department.
For those of you who wonder what happened to Vividimage Studios, the answer is WINTER! Yes, we've gone into hibernation; saving all of our energy for warmth. Jerry even set up the photography lights in the basement in hopes that the bright light would remind us of the sun!
Our friend Kendra, who is an ATB (actress to be), stopped by on the night the lights were set up so we were able to capture some fun headshots. She's a natural drama queen (NOT in a bad way), and is very comfortable in front of the camera which made for some outstanding pictures:
